I don't pay from stolen pay pall,I paid with friend acount and he can tell that .He can paid from his ip adress from Canada,I don't now that is forbiden.Tell to now to say him to pay from his computer

we can not just go on your word. you need to somehow prove that your friend (the person with the Paypal account) OK'd this otherwise we will not setup the account

as far as i knowm you can't do work on the hub with just ftp...you need to SSH/Shell in...if you don't have an SSH client, a good one for Windows is Putty
