B2NetSolutions Support Board _ Shoutcast Servers _ Dissapointed....

I registered for shoutcast hosting today, and immediately i would like a refund. Its quite a shoddy webiste, Dead links, login not working and generally doesnt fill me full of confidence, i paid via paypal so refund should be ok....
The site looks like a free template thats been amended slightly.... :?

No email or anything has been sent to me telling me how to use the service.....

I am not sure how much more simple information we can give you. In the email if you read it correctly gives you two login areas that you enter your information into.

Also, this is not the place to dispute such problems. If you have a concern or don't know how to use what you bought then E-mail support@b2netsolutions.com or submit a ticket at http://support.b2netsolutions.com (register first), and a Technician will be happy to assist your needs.

And if you JUST signed up today it also says in the invoice we give you to allow 24 hours for your account to be activated.

A Technician will mail your information when its setup.

I received no such email telling me of teo areas to log in... and to quote your own email:

You will receive your account information including username, password, and IP address within 24 hours of the receipt of this email if you are paying by credit card.

I paid via paypal....

Our apologies for the confusion as it should also say PayPal. Please allow 24 hours before activation. I will try to speed up the process and get it up within the next few hours.
