B2NetSolutions Support Board _ Web Hosting _ Website Down, still paying

A couple months ago I tried to go to my website but it was down. I thought that you guys had deactivated my service or something, so I didn't think anything of the payments or anything. Now I found that I have still been paying for it. My logins do not work, nor my passwords. I would appreciate your help.
