Well I'd like to PLEASE suggest that a series of FAQ's be done up immediately because most of us have experience of hosting on our own computers where we can paste in the MOTD & help files etc etc but for some reason it is MUCH dif on the hosting server.
The only directory I can get into has one file in it. No folders etc.
I can help & I reckon others will too, to help do up this FAQ.
Please help us be HAPPY customers?
The main thing is to customise our installations but most of the online help elsewhere assumes we have access to Mysql & the complete server.

OK, so looks like this company just want to get sign ups & collect the money.
So let's all get together & work it out ourselves........ or else cancel our accounts?

One problem I've encountered already is that I shut down the hub by typing in !quit & it worked. I then followed the manual that our welcome email pointed to & tried to restart it by typing in !restart but no good.
Apparently I needed to SSH in & do a command to restart the hub. This I don't know how to do so after trying to do a crash course on SSH I attempted it. My user & Password aren't accepted by the server so how am I supposed to do it?
For now I finally got "Kevin" to start the hub.

Next question is......... how do I change the MOTD?
The manual says to make a txt file called "motd" & put it in base directory. I tried it & no good.
Anyone else accomplished this task?

Please Mr B2Networks ..... answers???

For each problem solved I'm willing to do up a FAQ available to others.
Regards........

This isn't the area to ask for your Technical Assistance. If you have questions please submit a ticket at http://support.b2netsolutions.com

SSH access is given. It would be your username/password to your account then use your IP to ssh into using port 22.

Thanks,
