Well I managed to download, untar, config, compile, run and use.

Now I went on vacation, and one month after my psyBNC is not working.
What a hell, tried to make it work again nothing.

killed proccess, erased all files downloaded new version and configured again, compiled and run it. And still I can't connect.

But I have sew few more things:
- My ISP has implemented dynamic change of IP address with each request (my IP roatates through list of IP addresses)
- BitchX can connect and it works but localy only example:
BitchX user 0:0:0:0:6969
---
where the hell I did make mistake, as I did first time install I did it second time.
But now it doesn't work, what could be the problem psyBNC or maybe there are new limitations to shell acc. or what in hell I am loosing grey mass to figure it out.
